My fiance and I are finally taking the steps to apply for a K-1 visa. Though I'm excited about the possibility of finally being in the same country, this process seems so overwhelming!
My question is, how am I supposed to gather my fiance's supporting documents for the I-129F petition? Such as a passport style photo, intent to marry? I was just in Cuba visiting him, but of course I wasn't thinking and I didn't check the specifics of what's required before my visit. So for those who've successfully arranged the packet, how did you guys get these things? I can't even imagine the wait time for trying to send stuff back and forth via mail. Please help!! Thanks.
