Once our case was sent to the DR it took a week to do all the steps necessary to file for DS-160 and scedule interview. It's set for September 18th.

Hello I would go the USCIS website and check your case status that way and see what that says and if it says nothing contact them directly.I also would be frustrated just reamain calm and I wish you the best.

Ok so I wake up this morning to find that the case before mine and the case after mine has been approved.... What the hell... How is that fair?

My case was sent to the U.S embassy in Dominican Republic on July 23. I will contact them on Wednesday to see what we must do next.

Also on USCIS website it is said that our case was sent to Department of State. Is this the same thing as NVC?

File date was December 18th 2014..... My petition was approved on June 26 2015. I'm just waiting for hard copy of NOA2 .

It says that your petition has been approved for processing and it gives you a recipe number that you can use to check your status on the usisc website.

My I129f was approved now I'm kinda confused as to what I should do next.
