In fact, to become skilled worker of Canada requires IELTS or TOEFL exam score, and it is one of my goal up to December this year. Then, this might not be before 2016

IBM and HP are great companies, an L visa comes to mind since obviously they have US offices

I have heard a lot about incorporate a company in Delaware, and afterwards to fill I-140 form petition to get work permit in US. Well, I am not sure if it is possible though.

I wonder if I am able to apply to an specific visa that allows me to work and live legally in US? I can arrange my documents of references's experience and education to accomplish that.

What actually would you recommend to me? What is the "easiest way for a profile like me"? There are many visas and it has been 2 years of researches.
