    You could attempt what many Indians have done for the past 15 years -

    ie - become a citizen of Canada, then come to USA on a TN-1 visa. Not an easy slog, to get to that end-point.

    That is interesting. I did not know this way.

    In fact, to become skilled worker of Canada requires IELTS or TOEFL exam score, and it is one of my goal up to December this year. Then, this might not be before 2016

    IBM and HP are great companies, an L visa comes to mind since obviously they have US offices

    Yes, you are right! The only point that I have is... the company sponsor this business need. I should be working for a determinate area in order to apply to a job offer at intranet. I am looking to that already too. thank you

    What about H1B, Igor? Have you read about it? I have struggling looking for a job that is able to sponsor, but once not present in US it comes to be more complex to get one.     I have heard a lot about incorporate a company in Delaware, and afterwards to fill I-140 form petition to get work permit in US. Well, I am not sure if it is possible though. confused.gif

    smile.gif I wonder if I am able to apply to an specific visa that allows me to work and live legally in US? I can arrange my documents of references's experience and education to accomplish that.

    What actually would you recommend to me? What is the "easiest way for a profile like me"? There are many visas and it has been 2 years of researches.
