Yes i got my NOA2 and all. He even got an interview. But they said they need more proof that we are in a relationship so they sent the case back to the dept of state then to uscis. Uscis immigration officer told me they would extend the validity of our petition since it will expire nov 22. Until they reach a decision. But april this year i got a decision saying they didnt review my petition because it expired nov 22.

I got an RFE because i filed for the same petition before. Same fiance. They got his name wrong. They put his middle name as his last name. And they are asking for a G 325a, which i already sent them with my original packet. They were also asking why my 1st petition didnt work out.

My 1st petition expired.. And they made a mistake thinking it was a different fiance.

Got an RFE because they need to know how we met. Just great

It's still upsetting because this is actually the second time i had to file because they made ne wait for a decision for 150 days then they said after those 150 were done that my petition already expired and i needed to file a new one. I sent the same docs as i sent before plus more and now RFE?

Got my NOA1 May 12. still no update on my case. Last updated May 18

I am really upset when I hear that people who got their NOA1 after May 12 already have their NOA2. Don't get me wrong.. I'm happy for you guys. It's just frustrating how I can't see any update on my case. Last update was May 19. Hopefully i get it befor July 12.

noa2 hardcopy received.. sooo happy. after noa2, what will be the next step?

Thought I'd share my timeline on this board, since I've been following the April filers thread religiously and getting thoroughly depressed seeing all their NOA2s steadily pouring in!

4/30/15 - I-129F sent

5/11/15 - NOA1 email notification

5/14/15 - NOA1 hard copy

Here's hoping to a speedy NOA2 for all us May filers!

Did anyone receive NOA 2 yet? Those with NOA 1 may 10-onwards?
