Thanks for the response! NOA is 19-Sep-16.
I might reconsider too. I had a lawyer who I spoke to about this ages ago who said you couldn't apply until ROC was approved. But I know that is not true as people on her have successfully done it.

Beginning777 got a reaction from VNL in CRI 89 case transferred from Vermont Service Center(VSC) to California Service Center (CSC)
The transferring of cases is nothing to worry about. The work loads of some service centers are heavier, so transferred to where it has fewer cases.
    It's a common happenings!!!

There's no need to be worried. Use which ever Form you are comfortable with. In regards to your interview, relax, look in Interviewer's eyes and answer all questions truthfully. You will be fine.

Img2015, as long as your Form reaches them before October 6, it should be ok. But if you are allowed to use the new edition, why not. Good luck!!

Beginning777 got a reaction from Tygrys in Married but living separately - the interview for green card next week
Even if it's a genuine marriage,I have no doubt USCIS, will deny their, application, based on separate dwellings. Sounds childish and foolish to me. In the eyes of immigration, it will appear, fraudulent. Think of some quick action before the interview.

Beginning777 got a reaction from Texan15 in Naturalization Oath Ceremony in Dallas
A few people are given a same day Oath Ceremony after their interview. However, regardless, the time between the 4th and the time you wish to travel, is too short to receive a USC passport; unless u have an emergency to obtain one within days instead of 4 weeks. Yes u can change your interview date, but it might take you a long time to get back in line. Putting u back several months. Are u willing to gamble that?
