I had interview today n it went well, my case was divorce waiver and the officer told me that it's approved n my 10 yrs green card will be mailed to me in two weeks. I m still crossing my finger until I get my 10 yrs green card in hand . Also when I can file for my citizenship I got my 2 yrs green card in November 2012?

I went there last week for my passport stamping n I ask her how long n what's going on with my case and she replied me by saying the case is in Vermont n she actually don't know. Now this email tells that they send my case in October 20

Went to local uscis office yesterday for info pass , I asked her why is it taking too much time n she said they r checking my background status, damn does it take this much time to check that. My conditional green card will expire nov 14 and they stamped on my passport

Just talk with tier 2 officer n he told me wait till oct 7 they will let me know what's going with my case, also I filed for my temporary status protection as given to Nepal, and he told me I was not supposed to file that cause I can't get two beneficiary. Don't know what to do

Not yet thinking about doing this week

There is no update in my case upto now, really don't know what to do

I send my rfe packet July 14 n it reached there July 16, after that I called them like three times n no good response, last time when I called they told me my green card extension will expire in November so they told me wait till September n if nothing happen call Back again , it's so frustrating
