  1. I'm on the same boat as you.  I was told by two lawyers that I should be fine since I didn't vote. Also in my i751 interview I told the interviewing officer what happened and she said that I should be fine as long as I didn't vote. I'm still worried but I'm gonna go ahead and apply this week.  Good luck everyone and keep us updated.

  2. Hey everyone,

I got the RFE YESTERDAY giving me a list of what I can send like.

    - copies of north or drivers license.

    - birth certificate of any children.

    - mortgage agreements, deeds...

    - copies of insurance policies.

    credit card statement s.

    - copies of loan documents.

    - copies of state and federal tax returns.

    utility bills...

    Here's what I submitted:

    - tax return filling jointly

    - pictures

    - 401k showing I'm the primary beneficiary

    - dental insurance showing I'm added to her plan

    - car insurance for both our cars

    - 2 notarized letters from a friend of us and my wife's mom

    - passport stamp showing we entered Morocco the same day but she left 2 weeks before me because of her work

-Airplane tickets for both of us

Join bank account statements, since I don't have a direct deposit it doesn't show nothing for me.

    - Join lease

I can get the driver license for both of us, also I just got added to my wife's insurance and some recent pictures since we are going next week in a road trip.

I have a couple of question:

    - Can I add my wife to my credit card, isn't going to like I just did to show more evidence. Also for the electrical and gas billS, since my wife had an account with them I never bother my self adding my name to those bills. aren't they gonna ask why you just added your name to them.

hope I can get some answers. Thank you guys
