  1. if you didn't receive your oath letter yet, call them tomorrow and ask them to fax you a copy of the letter, you should have a fax number handy .

    I have my Oath Letter, but given the process of checking in and waiting, most of my family/friends/guests probably won't want to wait around through that and I've already been asked when they should arrive.

    Because the ceremony itself isn't starting at 8:30am, that's for sure!

  2. Agreed with the whole "why is this so complicated" idea.

    Passed my naturalization interview 6/12/15 and still waiting for any update anywhere in the system. I think I have unrealistic expectations as my work colleague had his interview and oath ceremony in the same week.

    I'm in Denton County so Irving is my field office. No name change either.

    The opacity of the process is incredibly frustrating.
