  1. does his 'stuff' fall under the guidelines of the Adam Walsh Act? Yes? No? If Yes, then is very small chance of I-129F approval even with a tonne of rebuttal items included in the I-129F.

If no, then it's just a criminal conviction - the level of criminal conviction (misdemeanor, felony, etc) is also evaluated, as there is a set list of types where it's a no go.

I think you're the beneficiary, right? Ask the probably petitioner to visit VJ on a PC and study here, as I think yer using a handphone and real research here is impossible on a handphone.

yup im the beneficiary...and yes it was a misdemeanore and we hvent see any related case as we hve in this forum
  2. This might be a dumb question and answers are probably somewhere on this site but I can't find it. So what exactly is needed for the affidavit of support? I've heard rumors of tax returns and bank statements going back 3 years?? Also is there a certain amount of money I should have in the bank? Or a certain amount I need to earn?

    Thx

  3. My fiancée and I have just decided to start the journey and have stumbled upon this site. We have tons of questions and would definetly appreciate the feedback. So the USC has a domestic violence conviction from two years ago (wrongly accused) more than happy to provide police reports, proof of counseling, record expungement, (we know the government can see it anyway) and even a positive recommendation from officers in the court. Will this prevent us in any way in filing a K1?(if that's the right way to start this)
