This post made me laugh. I saw "help!!!!!!!" so of course I had to click on this post to see what was going on. I start reading it and the first response was telling her she needed to fix her font color. I keep reading and she fixed it, I read a little more, and she continues to change her color and size. lol

I don't know your entire situation, but from your post I gather your son needs a visa too? If so, then unfortunately your son needs a G-325A filled out as well. (If you write super fast, then you can have that form filled out in a couple of weeks.)

Don't get stressed out by your situation. I know it would be easy to. I suggest to first contact someone at CIS, just state exactly what you said in this post. They will tell you what you need to do, and hopefully they will be nice about it. Someone from CIS will be helpful, you just need to find the right person. I would go to the lawyer only if the CIS officer wasn't helpful or scared you.
