  1. Alright so my wife just got approved for here visa and she just picked it up at the DHL Office in Mexico. So my question is where would she have to go to enter the U.S.A( I know the airport) but while we was in Juarez someone said she has to go to the border to enter the U.S.A, is that true or do I just buy a plane ticket and head to the U.S.A

  2. I Sent the I-130 forms a couple of days ago and now got the message that it was received and then it resent to the Nebraska service center from Chicago, is this good news? This was the message I received.

"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXX. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status."

  3. So here is the long story short, I've been married with my wife for 2 years, she is from mexico, born there, we got married in Mexico in June 7 2013. She also had a child when she was 15 but that was in the united States but she went back to Mexico just before turning 18 on 2012, would that be any problem? The the issue here is what type of visa should we apply for? We wanna apply for a temporary visa for a family member for her, would this be good? And I heard that we can fill out forms for her to get a permanent residency, while she is in the United States., if thst possible? And How long would this process take?

Would filing a I-130 and adjustment of status be good, when she is an immediate relative?

Need help understanding this, I'm just confused.

  4. So here is the story I'm been married with my wife for almost 2 years, she staying in Mexico. I was trying to see which visa application would be better for her in a long run, the k3 visa or the C1? Also another that confuses me on what I have to do is that she was staying in the united States when she was 11 but left before she was 18, would that be a problem? Would a waiver be required? Please follow me to the right direction thank you all.
