My visa validity in my passport is on Jan. 2016. But they put a sticker on it. Due to medical. Visa expire on Aug.22.

Hi, I think it's not a mistake of printing visa. The Embassy called me when they print my visa and told me that my visa validity is not what in my passport its the validity of my medical. And they really put a sticker on my passport that my visa will expire on Aug.22, my visa issued last July 2, and they stamped on my immigrant visa summary. Aug. 22. I'm not blaming her. But she suppose to attend the seminar of CFO. While waiting for her visa, so that all she needs is the sticker. Which only took 5 mins. For me in CFO Cebu.

hi,I was interviewed last June 4,got 221g nbi aka.sent nbi with aka june5, usem received it on 8th,I called them once a week,got same answers all the time . wait for courier to txt me.that's I got tired of it, I told my husband to call from US. that's why he talked to our lawyer to call, after our lawyer called, My status changed to issued the next day.I'm1 week ahead of your mom interview. she will get her visa soon . thanks by way and God bless.

Ohh shoooot! We didn't include the letter. ? We just submitted the nbi w aka corrections to 2go, the guys didn't even ask for it. Hope the embassy will notify us soon so we can send it if they need it. Did you receive an email from embassy stating they got your addtl docs?

hi, don't worry about the letter. your mom and I have the same situation, nbi aka .I was in hurry when I sent it I forgot to include the letter. so , I think its not a big deal.at first I was also so worried about it. but with Prayers, got my visa today.don't worry you will get yours soon.

yeah it does. Cause mine has been like that for two weeks or more. And my husband asked about it. Thats what they said. anyway lets just keep praying and hoping it will be resolved already i have seen from fb groups that usually those who have 221g they said takes 1-2 months to finally receive the visa . Praying it wont be like that though..

finally got my visa in hand this afternoon. God is great.yup,221g.took 1 to 2 mos. I think depending on case. mine took a month.hope everyone will get their visa soon. prayers is very powerful.

I think it's an automated updated when our passport been a week in embassy. mine just like that until today. changed to "passport received from consular section ,and preparing for delivery.hope you will get yours soon.

hi,I have my profile in traveldocs. coz I got my interview date from it.use my email. I think that's the same with federal , the one that says "document delivery information". hope you will get yours too.soon

got an update now in traveldocs and 2go, in transit.God is great heard all the prayers. to all whose waiting just patience and prayers. God bless us all. so happy. we can be together on our 10th year anniversary.

Passport is ready for pick up. They texted me around 4pm. Will pick up the visa later then proceed to cfo for the seminar. thank You Lord!

Btw, may ceac status was changed to issued last july 1. And for visa/passport status its in transit, i did the email thing and its for accurate. keep the faith i believe youll have it soon. Will pray for you and everyone else.?

Just called also. The agent told me that 2go just picked up my visa from the embassy. She told me it was picked up around 9am earlier. Hopefully ill have it later today or tom morning for pick up. congrats to you!?

Hi did you call the Embassy? Just got a call from the embassy telling me they are stamping my visa in my passport now, explaining me that the date of visa validity is on Jan 2016 .but told me to leave Phils. before Aug. 22 the expiration of my medical. No updates of passport yet.

Don't know if the same applies for your type of visa. This. Is for K1 as I researched:

2 valid IDs

Photocopy's of your 2 picture ID's as outlined in the CFO instructions. One will be identified with a letter "F" (fiancé). Don't forget when the session is over you get your ID back before leaving CFO.

He will also check the following documents:

Passport and Photocopy of the bio page (the page with your picture on it)

Photocopy of the US Visa page affixed to your passport

Registration form (downloaded and printed from their website)

I just got a message to me asking if I had my visa her ceac status issued last June 11. until now no visa yet.I will call the embassy on Tue. if I cant get any updates tomorrow. your right long weekend. mine will take long to deliver. cozim from Mindanao. cagayan de oro.all we can do is Prayers.

I will ask also. I had my CFO seminar 2010 when I renew my passport, what do I need to bring to CFO aside from certificate, do I need to bring my cemar and annulment papers. any advice highly appreciated.

im feeling hopeless...during interview they told me i dont see any problem with your papers..everything are okay. we'll just wait for your medical result. i know the only possible reason i could see why they put me on AP is because i undergone personal evaluation. my God...ive worked in kuwait as a nurse for two years...do they think i have mental problem its because the decision of my annulment is im psychological incapacity. here in the philippines if you have the money you are the one who can apply for annulment even you are the one with third party. me and my hubby live together in Kuwait for two years. how can they do this to us. im waiting for my visa 2 1/2 months now. and the thing i worried since then my status update date never change since the day of my interview.

hi malenliam. got issued on ceac status this morning. our lawyer called them yesterday. I hope that you will get yours also. being annulled is I think the reason why our case took so long if you have the lawyer, let him handle it.don't lose hope and I include you in my prayers. coz I know the feeling of waiting is so stressful.VJ is a big help especially greenbaum who always replying us to be positive always.
