1. transcript from IRS is fine.
2. Did you file your taxes jointly? If yes, then it's fine even she dont have work or income as long as you guys filed jointly and her SSA number is included on tax filing.
Thank you! Yes, we did fil tax return jointly. Nowadays, USCIS is making everyone nervous about their cases ...............

1) if you put your tax transcript, you wont need the w-2s and 1099's. either or IMO
2) i dont think that matters, that is up to you guys how and when and if she works. No requirements to work on ROC or even GC for that matter if you have enough income, which i assume it's you who is supporting her
Thank you very much for your advise.

Hello Everyone,
My wife is about to file I-751 in two weeks. I have few questions regarding this filing, hope good people here could give me some advise. Thank!
1. Do I need to include W-2 and all 1099s in the filing package? (I will include the original copies of last two years Tax Return Transcripts that IRS mailed to me)
2. My wife had no income since she came to US (she is part-time student/housewife), will this trigger a red flag? Or shall I include a statement to explain to USCIS that my wife is a student, therefore, she doesn't have any income?
Many thanks and good luck to everyone!
