Had interview today.... approved

Waited 3 hours, but interview lasted 5mins.

He asked 2 questions, looked through some papers and that's it.

Good to know that Amjal. Mine had in 21st Sep. It was good though. They didn't tell anything, they kept the passport. They will return it after few days.

I just called NVC now and finally.... got to hear that new that my interview has been scheduled for SEP18....!!!!!!

I still cant believe that am writing this...!!!!! :)... but yes..by gods grace and all of your support finally.. i have reached at the interview part of this process...!!!!

Hey guys, so with Dec-15 as the cut off, really hoping we see a good sizeable movement for next month. Roughly 3 weeks before we start hearing about interviews for September. All the best to all the remaining December filers and January filers and possibly some Feb filers too! Please don't forget to update over here once you've heard back about your checklists or as the case gets completed.

Also confirmed with the NVC that the case is indeed complete. Now we have to wait for the PD to become current. Hopefully two more months

Congrats, My one still 2N/A. Overphone still CC. But no formal email.

Nice discussion. My PD is Feb 19th, 2014. I talked with NVC couple of days ago, they told me it's 'Case Completed'. But I don't believe them until receive any above mentioned letter. So still waiting to get 'Case Complete'. If you check ur status u would get three kinds of answer. "At NVC", "In Transit", "Ready". My one showing "At NVC". So no interview scheduled yet.

Anybody from January 2014 got Interview date ?

hello, my wife sent all nvc document and we would like to know if she can wait the approval of the case and subsequent appointment outside the US

I paid my IV Fee on 5th June, and And It showed 'Paid' Status on 7th June. Then I submitted DS 260. Status got changed 'Completed'

But Today I see that, IV Fee payment status is 'Pay Now'. And it's open to pay $325.00 again. And DS 260 section is N/A.

Can you tell what's going on.

I got my IV invoice today from NVC, but can't pay the fee yet still showing $0.00. Hopefully will be able to pay within next week.

Yes I got my IV Fee invoice on 26th May (By email), & they asked me to send it through mail. But I didn't take the risk, waited and got the fee activated (325 USD) on 5th June.

Are you able to fill DS 260 form??

Yes got DS 260 access, filled up and submitted, as well !!

I send all my documents on 7th May, they received on 11th May. But they made IV fee activated 4th June, after 2 business days of my payment they opened up DS 260.

Waiting for their response. Got welcome letter at 7th April. But they kept the Fees inactive for more than 1 month.
