Mehelp: You said tht his lawyer said to come pick up all your papers from his office. What papers does he have? Is this the same lawyer who represented you in obtaining his grencard or removing the conditions. It doesn't do much to change your position, but if he is now representing one party against the other, then it is a serious breach of ethics.

thats the divorce papers which he signed and filed in the court . i don't know the lawyer .

should i call to immigration about this ?

he took all the paperwork with him included his passport green card . i don't have his allian number and any other information . only has his dob .

he is not answering my calls and his lawyer called me and said he has filed a divorce and please get your papers from my office . i am very disappoint now and feel like crying . he fight with me everyday the day he receive his 10 year green card . ..

i called immigration lawyers and they said get your divorce and move on ..... i want to cancel his green card .

My husband got his 10 year GC( ROC Removed) and a month before . then he has left my house yesterday and file a divorce . so should i do anything to revoke his green card ? its seems like he betray with me .
