Hello All,
Can any one tell me the procedure to change my fiancee's address with the Bangkok Embassy, I tried sending emails but have had no success. I sent an inquiry and they sent a response back stating they sent Packet 3 to an address that wasn't the same as our I 129F. I called the NVC and they told me I had to change it with the embassy.
Thanks

Hello All,
I recently received an RFE from the CSC requesting me to sign a form confirming that I did not use a marraige broker and have not been convicted of a felony or something like that. I will have more details in a day or so when I receive the email from my friend. I actually haven't received it myself, a friend opened it for me and read it to me on the phone when I called him after receiving the email from the CSC. My problem is I am currently working in Australia and won't be back in the US for several weeks, he can scan the forms and send them to me via email. My question is will the CSC accept a form that is signed and scanned by me and emailed back to my friend so he can print it out and mail the stuff from the states? I don't trust the international mail that much, things have been lost before.
Thanks,
Bob

Hello
I sent my I-129F application to the Texas Service Center as I was supposed to, but I received the NOA1 from the California Service Center. Did I send it to the right place, everywhere I looked said that since I live in Atlanta I should send it to TSC. I also notice that the TSC has no processing times for I129Fs, what's up with that?

Hello to all,
I was wondering what the best non-electronic method to send documents from Thailand to the US is? Daeng said she sent everything Airmail not sure if that is slow or fast. How long does it take? Do they have anything similar to Global Priorty Mail?
Thanks,
Bob

Bob,
There really is no need for a lawyer, but it certainly can't hurt if you get a consultation (free one would be best), at least once.
There are many VJ members that have Thai fiancees and spouses, so you have a very large support group here. Please check out the "SAWASDEE2" thread. Also, introduce yourself to the members on that thread. We are lucky to have a very knowledgeable member who's screen name is "Yodrak". His wife is also Thai, and can help a lot.
Welcome to VJ, and hope you have a fast and successful journey!

Thank you for the advice, I have already decided to at least consult with an attourney when I get all the paperwork ready. Where is this SAWASDEE2 thread I am unable to locate it.
Thanks again,
Bob

Thanks, It is a little difficult she is a Widow and I am divorced?
We have done it without one. If your case is not too difficult (divorce, childreen etc.) you do not need an attourney.Good Luck.

We are almost ready to submit paperwork, but I am having trouble deciding whether to use an attourney or not any advice?

How do we get a I-551 Stamp
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

Help my wife needs to go back home, she received her Green Card but nothing about an I 551 stamp in her passport. Does she need the stamp or just the green card to return to the US?
Thanks
