I am living in california and filed for my fiance in Amman,Jordan. She was approved and we filled out the d-160 but when we try and set up the interview we get stuck towards the end when it asks for IV Case ID number. We dont have that. We tried the Case ID which is AMM## but it did not work. Seeing if anyone can help and let me know where i can find the IV case number. We tried to pay at the bank but they said they need the reciept number which is located next to the barcode you print once you set up online. Embassy is not helping and neither is ustraveldocs.com. thanks alot for anyones concern and help.

hello how are you? i notice that you finished the whole process and hoping you can help me. ustraveldocs.com is asking for IV case ID number which i tried the AMM## number and it doesnt work. the embassy doesnt help one bit and neither does ustraveldocs.com. so i am stuck at this part. i would greatly appreciate it for the help. thank you!
