From the sounds of it, I think you have this "bull by the tail" and your not letting go. I love the positive approach your taking.

hi Greenbaum, do you know how long does it takes from the US embassy manila to escalate cases before they can unlock accounts for scheduling? my account was locked up after refreshing the computer and scheduled 3x for the same time and date and i canceled it. i explained what happened to the agent, but everytime i call the US embassy manila they keep on telling me that my case was in the escalation department already and wait for the email from them on when i can schedule. this is very frustrating i will be doing my medical on the 14th and 15th of september. but still no interview date. thanks for the reply in advance

Call the US Embassy Manila to reschedule. It's best to stop now before you do more damage.

So i cancelled it, and now i'm having a problem with scheduling because the system doesn't accept or recognize my mrv receipt? Will i be able to schedule again or do i need to pay the visa fee again and wait for 90 days? Pls help me frown emoticon thank you

YEY! Got our MNL case number today!!! NOA 2 Dated july 29

I called today and was on hold for 100 min. I was told that the case was entered into the system and case no. was generated today. However no forward date as it's still sitting in NVC.

Hi my NOA2 is july 29, but the agent keeps telling me to call after 35 days

We have received our case number and invoice number via phone. My fiancé called the NVC today :-). NOA2 was 29th of July .... seems like things are in process. Time to start form DS160.

We have the same date of approval, but whenever i call the NVC they just keep telling me the same thing to call after 35 days.

Just like what you've said "some". Be patient. It will come and eventually you will be ending this journey soon. Stay positive.

Some people got their MNL case number 20 days after approval. our NOA 2 is july 29

NOA2 was dd. 29th of July .... still waiting for our case number. We will call the NVC in a couple of days again. Cheers and goodnight to everyone ;-)

Hello Fellow Filers

My file was received in Dallas on June 12 and routed to the California Service Center. The notice date on my NOA1 is June 16th, 2015.

I am hoping I get the same speedy approval I see that many have. Hopefully they didn't get too many applications in June, which I understand is the busiest month. If anyone gets an RFE I would love to hear about it. That is my primary anxiety right now.

i understand your wife. the wait time is really unbearable so i also send them an e-mail on February 9th but still this day i didn't received any response via e-mail. 2 days after i lost my patience and decided to call them and wait as much as i had to. that's my experience with them, hope it helped you=).

Hi, I'll ask my fiance to check his bank tom morning if it was cashed already. we did not file for the e-notification we did not include it on our papers. we double checked our papers before we filed it my fiance signed all the important documents. i am hoping to receive our NOA1 this week

we are getting worried. still no NOA1 and our check has not been encash yet. we called the USCIS and told us to wait for 30 days from the day we filed. we filed last june 8, 2015.

If it's been that long chances are that the form for e-notifcation was sent with the petition and you will have to wait for the paper to arrive. That can take a few weeks. If it was sent then did you sned a check? Did it get cashed? Did you send your peititon express? Was it signed for?
