Done! Finally a citizen!

Appointment notice for the oath ceremony finally arrived earlier this week for 9/16. Home stretch!

Had the interview yesterday in Charleston. Got there about an hour early and was called to the interview 20 mins before the scheduled time and was done in less than 30. Pretty easy stuff, got the questions right, though when I said the Statue of Liberty was in New York, he did ask where in New York, answering "Harbor" was good enough.

Was asked about my Birth Certificate (I think the copy they had was illegible), I happened to have a copy (not original) and that was good enough.

Waiting on the Oath letter now. Any idea how long that usually takes?

I have filed an N400 and have my interview in about a month, In the interview notice there is a mention of bringing a "certified statement from the arresting agency or applicable court indicating no charges were filed" how exactly do I get one of these? I have a speeding ticket from 2011 and one for expired tags from 2014. Do I go to court house/police station to get this statement? What exactly do I ask for?

Interview letter came in today (11 days after the online status change), it is scheduled for the 8/12.

Checking my Status online it says:

"On July 1, 2015, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number NBC***********. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice."

Any idea on how long before I receive an interview notice. It is coming up on a week at this point, should I be worried it is lost in the mail?
