  1. Hi everyone can someone please help me here. On ceac website my case status is as form DS-260 as complete, AOS fees as PAID, AOS documents and financial docs as N/A, IV fee as PAID, IV form as NOT STARTED and civil docs as N/A. My question is what is "N/A" and is "NOT STARTED" referring to incomplete form or unprocessed form. How far am I for the whole cAse to be complete ??

    Thanks in advance

  2. ok so today my hubby who is the sponsor got the welcome letter and the list of things to do from NVC. now the problem here is that the location for my interview is not in Sydney Australia (Im in Australia and interviews are normally held in Sydney) it is in Vienna, Austria. I cant go there as I have two kids and one is newborn. why did they choose Austria when it can be Australia. can it be changed? if yes, would it delay the process of getting the visa. and where do I call to change this or help me with it.

  3. I have a similar situation. We were approved on October 9th and they said they sent the case to the Department of State today, October 21st. Hoping that it doesn't take too long to get the case number so we can start moving forward.

I called Nvc yesturday and they told me that it takes atleast 42 days for them to issue case number and sent the checklist. My case was recieved by Nvc on the 9th of October so I hope that helps

  4. Does anyone know how long it takes for the NVC to receive petitions once you get an email from USCIS saying the petition has been forwarded to NVC? Mine was approved on 7th Oct but they only sent it on 20th oct.

Mine was approved on the 23rd of sept and nvc received it on the 9th October. I called nvc today and they told me to wait 42days for nvc to issue me a case number. Now that's more than a month smh

  5. so my husband filed the petition thru Rapid Visa on the 21st of april and USCIS approved my case on the 23th of September. we haven't received anything yet from the NVC. so I been called NVC from Australia and it kept saying that the operators are busy at the moment. Now the question is why is it so important for us to call them for case number or for anything as I have been advised that my husband will receive the case number and the checklist. secondly how long do you guys think it will take NVC to approve the petition. and thirdly I gave birth to my baby in Australia. now she is an American citizen but do we have to include her in the petition or do we have to apply for a different petition. not sure what to do. please help

  6. That's exactly what I have been telling her and warned her it's not safe and is very uncomfortable but right now she wants nothing more than coming here or Canada just to see me to solve issues. She is willing to take it all on her

  7. My wife in Australia has been declined visiting visa 3times in the past due to incorrectly filling out forms and not providing enough evidence of returning back to Australia..is the declination permanently recorded on her passport?? Can she get it removed??

  8. My wife and I are going through a lot of issues together that is affecting our marriage which I would say it's leading to divorce and I cannot leave the country arm therefore I need her to come here asap so we could sort the issues out with family the help of family members

  9. I cannot visit her otherwise I would have. She is 28 weeks pregnant and to apply for a visa and gets her interview session it will be 2weeks max and tickets can be done on the same day so 2-3 weeks max to get her here

  10. I can get her to provide a letter from the doctors regarding her flight and she said many women hav flown overseas when pregnant some airlines allow up to 36 weeks

No I do not want her to deliver the baby in U.S. She wants our baby to be born in Australia and has been registered to the maternity hospital in Australia. I cannot accommodate her and the baby atm and she cannot stay away from her son fr more than a week. So she will return to Australia and will wait for her spouse visa

  11. Yes that's an option...but she cannot provide any evidence to proof that she will return to Australia after one week..she is 7months pregnant with my child therefore she can provide evidence of leaving her son with her mom for a week, letter from her university and rent papers with her car insurance and registrations.

She does not have any loans or properties or job in Australia

  12. My wife lives in Australia and she is a citizen of Australia. I have filled petition for spouse visa for her and her son on April 2015. But due to personal reasons I need her to come to the USA for 1 week as a Viator only without her son. She has been declined visitor visa in the past 3 times due to incorrectly filling out forms and not providing enough evidence.

Is there a way where she can come to America for one week only
