You can send DHL Express Worldwide for next-day international delivery Japan to the US, as long as it is dropped off before 17.30 local time to you. It is very expensive though, it will cost ¥10,000 but that might be preferable to being 10+ months outside the country.

Oh wow. There is a such thing. Thanks to let me know!

Thank you very much for trying to help this stupid me out....I cannot believe what I have done but I will try to make it go through somehow...
    Thank you!

Get the form and payment in.

Doesn't matter if you have to send it next day FedEx from Japan (which is very expensive but possible), via personal hand carry courier(even more expensive),  or you sign it electronically and someone sends it for you, or someone with your permission forges your signature and sends it for you- you MUST get it in by the end of the day on the expiry date.

Failing to do so when outside the US dramatically changes your options vs failing to do so when inside the US, so it really is imperative it is received on time.

I also sent mine from outside the US via overnight FedEx extremely close to the deadline.

Forget enclosing any evidence, they will just RFE you for it- the important thing is to get it in on time, so that the notice of receipt and extension is issued, enabling you to return to the US.

The extension letter will have to be forwarded to you to use for travel and re-entry to the US as it is watermarked and a copy will not be acceptable.

Oh my. Thank you very much. This helps!

Hello! She's 9 month pregnant, the airline won't let her fly. Can her husband file the papers for her?

I think I can still fly but even if I fly tomorrow, I am not sure if I can send it by 27th Sep which the expiration date...My home in US is very far from major airports in Texas....
I was told I would need to sign on the documents.

can you make it back to the us in 2 days?

mail in your roc paperwork and overnight it to uscis don't bother submitting evidence just get the form and the fee in. you can mail in more after it is submitted or if they rfe you. then have your husband delay your biometrics as much as he can so you can return for them.

    That makes sense. Thanks!

What if we fail to send it in 2days?
I will have to file CR1 again?

  5. Hello, I need some advice about my permanent resident status and my expiring green card.
My conditional gc is going to be expired in 2days but I am abroad.
I am 9month pregnant and am planning to deliver the baby in my home country as my American husband is very busy and cannot get enough support from him around the labor.
I came back to my country a week ago with my first child and just realized my gc was about to expired. I feel so stupid and desperate.

Please  PLEASE give me any ideas if you know what to do or if there is anything I can do to re-enter the US with my children....
I have not received any notices from USCIS or have not mentioned anything by officers at the departing airport....
USCIS lost my documents when I was applying my gc and took more than a year to finally receive my gc. So I received my gc very recently and I just did not think my gc would be expired this soon!!! I know this is totally my fault..

Sorry my writing is messy but I am totally upset right now....! Please help me!

  6. I have a question again. If you could help, that will be so nice.

Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment

    (continued)

My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS Form 1040EZ) as reported on my Federal tax returns for the most recent 3 years was:

Although he is not working now and has no icome, if he had worked in the past, 2012 and 2013, would he need to file 2012 and 2013's IRS tax transcripts???

or just leave it blank and submit the statement explaining why no income???

  7. Hello,

    I'm so confused about I864.

My husband is student and has no income, so his mother filed I864 and other finacial evidences for me. (Her income is enough for the requirement.)

But it turned out that he also needed to file I864.

    How should he fileI864??

Does he need any other documents but I864???

And, if he needs to file I864, at Part 1 question, which one should he choose??

1a,I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative

1b,I filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as my

1cI have an ownership interest of at least 5 percent in---which filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as my----

1d,I am the only joint sponsor

1e,I am the first second of two joint sponsors.

1f,The original petitioner is deceased. I am the substitute sponsor. I am the intending immigrant's

    Thanks!!

  8. Thank you very much!! That helped us a lot!! Now I know what to do next!
I was quite depressed since i recieved the check list, but i kinda see the goal of our visa process :luv:
    Thanks again!! :goofy:

yes so it is a real checklist the sponsor always has to fill out a i864 no matter what, and if he is unemployed and not filed taxes he will put 0.00 for current annual income and 0.00 for whatever years he didn't work but if he's worked say 2012 year then put what it says on his taxes, since he is unemployed I'm assuming he won't submit any evidence because he does not work but he should write and sign/date a letter explaining why he did not file taxes for blah blah year such as he was a student and unemployed and send it in with his i864 .

  9. I need help understanding the checklist I received last night...
I called nvc again and again and I could not reach a representative last night. So sad that I need to wait until next monday...

I submit all the documents they say i need to submit, such as I-864AOS, financial evidences...
(I sent financial documents and supporting documents all together in one envelope, so they both should be received...)
My husband is currently a student so his mother is my financial supporter, and she filed all the financial documents.

    This is what i received...

Does this mean I need to send all the documents again...??? That is depressing....

    Thank you
