We got engaged and filed in the August and I visited 5 times with my ESTA before we were approved the next year. I had a return ticket and never once got asked about returning.

Am a Yorkshire girl married to a Texan working in healthcare. I must get asked 5 times every day if I am Australian. Never realised Yorkshire folk sounded Australian. One of my funny moments with my hubby was when we were hanging a mirror and I asked him about a spirit level. "You want a drink?" Crazy man says they just call it a level. No spirit needed. BTW, talking about drinks, we just had a World Market open in Waco Tx. I practically inhaled my Dandilion and Burdock! Mmmmm!

Congratulations! Yes, it's a tough process. Me and hubby have been married since 2011 and I;ve only just got my full green card without conditions. It's a test of your relatioship, that's for sure but the rewards at the end are worth it. Hoping the rest of your journey with USCIS is bump free and goes smoothly.

All this seems a very long time ago for me as I have just got my full green card without conditions.. literally, 2 days ago. I remember looking at these pages back then thinking this was an impossible task for us. I just wanted to wish you all good luck and tell you it's all worth it in the end and this process will test your relationships to the max but love will see you thru if you're truly commited.
