  1. Hello VisaJourney!? Glad to write here again after a month of waiting they already approved our petition and we finally got our case number. Just wondering of what's going to happen next. How much will be the next fees? What documents do we need to provide? Do we need a lawyer or we can do it by ourselves? And do we need to provide an original affidavits? Cuz our sponsors will be my petitioners parents and they already send it to us by email and notarized. We are going to call the embassy on Monday to ask for instructions, a helpful answers here will be appreciated. Thank you very much and God bless our journey. ??❤️✈️?

  2. Hello Everyone! So we filed our I-130 petition this July and now we're just waiting for the NOA1. The lady from the window 25 told us to wait 30-90 days. I'm just wondering if it will really took that long Cuz I've seen couples getting approve in just days and sometimes just couple of weeks. I hope we can get the case number already so we can proceed. Can someone tell me on how to contact the US embassy Manila and ask about the status of our papers? Cuz we tried calling them and the lady doesn't know anything and she told us that they don't tell case informations thru phones anymore we need to go there and ask, but we live in Laguna. Thank you. We're Praying that our NOA1 will arrive soon and everything will be smooth. ☺??✈❤☺

  3. Hi everyone! :) I'm new here in VisaJourney and I've been reading a lot of topics about DCF before I made my account. So my husband (a US citizen) and I went to the embassy last week and the documents that we have in our hand are the following:

    - I-130 application

    - G325a for me and my husband (2x2 pictures)

    - photocopy and original US passport (he doesn't have a 13a visa stamp Cuz I've read that its okay to file a DCF as long as he has proofs that he resides here)

    - original and photocopy of my passport

    - original and photocopy of my birth certificate and his birth certificate

    - original and photocopy of our NSO marriage contract

    - original and photocopy of his ACR-I card (tourist)

    - documentations photos of our relationship, family and civil wedding

    - residency proofs that we have:

Barangay clearance, resident certificate in our place, some receipts of his purchased items with his name on it. Note: we don't have any utility bills or lease of contract Cuz we live in my mother's house.

Now we know that its not enough proofs we just went there to have them check it and what else proofs can we add. So the lady on the window 25 gave us some papers about the I-130 and some proofs that we can add.

We are planning to go back to the embassy on Wednesday to finally file the Visa, we added these proofs:

    - Joint bank account

    - NBI clearance of my husband

    - Certificate of employment (he worked in my family's company for 3 months, I heard that he can work here as long as he's married to me and he works in my family)

    - His monthly pay stubs

    - Remittance receipt from LBC under his name

So those are just the things that we added, we cant provide any apartment contracts or utility bills Cuz we have a house here.

Can someone give me more Proofs that we can add so they finally take our papers. Help please. Thank you very much.
