I've lived in Tijuana for the past 1 1/2 years I met my girlfriend 2 1/2 years ago I'm wanting to get married so she can visit and perhaps live in the US (in the future). But while we are still in Mexico I want to transmit all the necessary paperwork so we can travel the US together
I don't know if I should marry her in Mexico and file a K3 or CR1 (and any other form, please advise as to which they are or direct me please)
Or file a K1 bring her to the US and marry her here (in the US)
I was born and raised in LA, CA and and make about 20k a year (AoS purpose) although I do file 4 dependent (3 ITIN's and 1 US citizen) in IRS would this hurt me while trying to prove my AoS with my future spouse
While I do this whole process I would be living Tijuana. In LA I used to live with my parent (I still get my mail sent to LA) even after the process I wish to continue living in Mexico
