Hello, I am in waiving process for 212e and my case shows DOS has sent favorable recommendation May 08 2015 but I haven't received anything by mail yet(Jun 01,2015). I contacted them by fax and email but I didn't get any response. I wanna apply for green card by marriage with a US citizen and waiting for this waiving process. Do you have any idea about my case?

As far as I remember, DOS sends directly to USCIS, current processing time for I 612 cases is 4 months after the favorable recommendation is received.

If she gets funding from Finnish government, she is likely to apply for a J1 with two year residence requirement. That will suck big time.
