My wife is an international student from Vietnam and I'm a US citizen. We just recently got married and I have all documents ready but when I saw on visa journey listed about I-601 under package I-485. I wonder if I need to fill it out? Also on visa journey, it say that the fee can be waive if I send it in with I-485. But on USCIS, it does not mention about this or require the I-601. Looking forward to your help please. Thank You!
