Got my nvc case number yesterday! But I have two noa2 so idk which one count! Have the 21 of July and the 29 of July as noa2!

WE called and they said, they don't know why it changed they see we got approved on the 21 of July! And they mean it got sent to the national visa center! I only know that those people there aren't good in his jobs I'm so pissed !!!!! We

I got approved on the 21 of July! Now I looked in my case again and there stays I got approved on 29? ####### going on there now? Read in Facebook they had problems with the system! I hope that's the reason !? Weird stuff! Can someone look in the case again who got approved in that time to?

P1nkmamba: it just get send to Germany!! They send you pack3, with a lot of work again!! That you have to send back to Frankfurt they check the papers and send you an email that you can shedule an appointment!!

The girls in my group waited 5-6 weeks till pack 3 arrived and then 1-2 more weeks till they could shedule an appointment !!! Frankfurt isn't fast right now!! Went pcs time

My fiancé just filled out the form I-134 for pack3 that we have our stuff ready and he can bring it with to Germany on Saturday! It was a discussion! Strange question! But then I found that: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

That's not my treat cuz I'm a June filer but I have to say it! Rush houre I'm so sorry and I hope soooo much you get approve soon! I'm already pissed cuz there are June filer approved with noa1 date from 19th of June and I'm 8th of June! And then I see you, Idk how they work! it's not a fair process for you!

My fiancé called at uscis cuz we still don't have the noa1 hard copy! Is not bad if you don't have it they work on it anyways and you don't need it really!

And then he asked why there are people approved with a later date we are!! That is what they said good liar are they!!

They said all cases are processed in the order that they are received and that some cases have circumstances that make them go fast

But yeah i don't believe the customer service center they tell all the time some new stuff! If it should be like that I think it's not fair we all paid the same money but yeah!

And Hey ... Don't look in our case all day they only update it at 5:30 pm Texas time !! So it's enough you look at this time ! I do everyday! It's 11:30 pm German time and I'm always sad and can't sleep! Happy when that is over !!

Wait what they want, and a rfe is never bad! You need to do what they want and they will approve you be happy that you heard something!

And if you send it in you should be approve 2-3 weeks later

Shai And caz, im Sure you don't have your noa2 cuz the most of earlier dates don't have it! So relaxe I'm 11 of June and don't have noa2 and I'm not exept it this week! And I never heard about that letter intent problem either !! Everything will be fine;) even if you get rfe you will be faster then the guys who are in Texas! So be lucky, I try to think like that!

No they don't make differnece! They don't care if military or not!! I only can hope for this or next week! We will see! Nobody has to understand that system they have
