Hi Everyone - need some advice on this section. My husband has a previous DUI from 15 years which was disclosed during the Permanent Resident process. Does he still need to mention it again in this section? TIA

Hi Everyone,
My husband is beginning to apply for his citizenship. Does he have to report traffic tickets, etc?
Thank you

Don’t be surprised if you didn’t find any of your records after you became the LPR.
I94 is not for USCs or LPRs but few LPRs have seen their i94 record. I guess some CBPs enter it regardless.
I have zero i94 records of my multiple international travels on GC.
luckily i think most the trips are recorded. there is a year gap of no travel so will have to look thru bank records but other than that the i94 is saving me a major headache.

Thank you! I had no idea about the i94.

Hi Everyone,
We're in the process of filling out the N-400 form. I've reached the section where it asks for trips outside the US in the last 5 years. The only trips we've done is going to Canada for weekend trips to visit my husbands family....the problem is we havent kept track of when we went and for how long. is there any advice?
Thank you

Hi Everyone. My Husbands Green Card was stolen. We are filing out the I-90 Form and i have a stupid question regarded part 3 (see attached image) . Maybe i'm over thinking bc i don't want to put the incorrect answer. Plus i'm nervous about making any errors. We were living in canada when we applied. I'm not sure where the location is of where we applied for an immigrant visa? and location where the visa was issued?
Any help would be appreciated
