      Hi,

      No, the application is at the Post office. There, they will take your picture for a fee. (Pictures, some Post office or any Walgreens)

      Hi,

      Yes you can apply for passport immediately after Oath. Just need to bear in mind that there is a huge delay in getting Passp. from SD in these Covid-19 times.
