Also, I forgot to mention I was asked to submit an I864a and proof of current sustained income from the petitioner. What are the documents to prove current sustained income? Petitioner is unemployed. Why asked for I864 from joint Sponsor and I864a from the petitioner at the same time?The Petitioner is not using asset and the joint sponsor is not a relative and not a household member. Do they really asked for both the I864 and I864a together? Thanks. Any comment from anybody please?

You have to wait until your case is sent to the NVC then you'll get your Case number (took about 3-4 weeks after my I-130 was approved). You will then go online to fill out the DS-261 (assignment of agent) then pay the AOS fee. Once the DS261 is approved you'll get the IV Processing Fee invoice. I believe once you pay that you it will give you the opportunity to complete the DS-260 online (I don't think you send this is).

I'm stuck on the IV Processing Fee. Got the DS-261 approved and the IV invoice but the NVC site won't let me pay it, therefore it's not letting me complete the DS-260. Tried calling the NVC several times but they're too busy and hang up on me. Also, while on hold, it said their system was experiencing issues and they mention the IV Processing fee. I'm thinking now of just mailing it in, but I'm going to try a few more times calling the NVC.

I130 filed via DCF May 18, 2015 just got NOA2 in the mail , I130(IR2) approved on June 10. My question is;; Ist it possible to fill out the DS 260 at this time and schedule an appointment for Interview? By the way, I got no Case number yet and did not yet receive the packet3. Please help. Thanks for all your help guys! I have a copy of the NOA2 already, what I don't have is the letter from NVC that states my MNL case number. I got the MNL case number by calling the NVC and asked for it. So, i will just bring the copy of NOA2 and my interview confirmation page on my medical.

You need 3 I-864s

On the spouse's you count 2. You and immigrant.

On each child you count 3. Spouse and 1 child.

The NVC nd consulate can figure it out that its really 4 people. You dont count the children before they immigrate on each other's or the spouse because until the enter on the visa, you technically aren't liable for them yet as they're step-children.

I know it might be too early to ask , as the petition I130 for step children I filed has not yet been approved, Just want to prepare things ahead of time if in case. How do I count our household size? I petitioned my wife back in 2013 and she is an LPR right now, so at present our household size is 2. Just filed 2 separate i30. One for Child A and one for Child B. If Iam right, I need to submit and fill out 2 separate I864, now the confusing part that i do not know is what to put on the household size. In filling out the i864 for child A do i count child B in Part 5 (HOUSEHOLD SIZE) question no. 6....If you have sponsored any other persons on an I864, or I864 EZ who are now legal permanent resident, enter the number here.., Now do i include Child B since Iam also sponsoring him in an I 864 and that our household size now will be a total of 4? or question no. 6 applies only to those sponsored in an I 864 who are already LPR? and in this case my household size will onle be a total of 3? Please , Please help me with this... I'm really Confused..........Thank you in advance

Anybody out there filed for DCF this May? Did any one receive NOA2 yet? I filed I130 via DCF 2 weeks ago and e mailed the MPHInquiry. CIS.... to inquire about the status of my petition, got an email that says The adjudication process for I130 petition takes at least 30- 90 days and will notify you in writing as soon as final determination is completed.. What does it mean 30 -90 days, does it mean 30 to 90 days just to get an approval or it means from filing until Visa Issuance? I thought DCF filing is Superfast. Please share your timeline. Thanks
