It’s likely the embassy that you have to send i864 n supporting documents to. The CO should've given them something about where to send your AOS to or whether they need to come for interview again with your AOS.
How long they will hold petition at consulate? also how long petition is valid for?

hi
no, you don't need to petition them all over, you just send in an i864 for each of them, does your income qualify to cover both of them?
you need i864, taxes and financial evidence such as paystubs, copies of W2s, and proof of citizenship or being a resident
that's for each parent
Do I need send all above documents o Bombay consulate or NVC? My income is more than sufficient to sponsor them.

Hello All,
My parents had interviewed with American Consulate at Bombay for immigration Visa. My Brother was petitioner and I was a third party agent.
Before interview, NVC sent me a letter stating that my brother has little bit less income (around $6000 than what they required) so you can show any asset or co sponsor at the time of interview.
My parents took my brother`s all account statements for last three years which shows at least $20,000.00 Min.
But they did not issue visa.
Now, I need to co sponsor my parents. Where I have to submit I-130? My brother sent I-130 previously. Do I need a separate I-130 form for co sponsor?

Hello I need some help.
My parents I-130 was approved Jan 26 2018 and waiting to hear from NVC for furher processing.
Meantime, I am trying to gather all documents together for them.
Do I need a police clearance of each from each country where they live at least one year after age 16?
If yes, then my father is Canadian and he left Canada since 2009 and living in India. How I can get Canadian Police clearance without his physical presence in Canada?
Can somebody answer this?

Hello fellows,
We got our immigrant Visa through consular processing at Montreal in Sept 2015 under EB3. We entered in USA on Dec 26 2015. I paid $165 fee in Nov 2015 on ELS web site.
I got my wife and sons plastic green card but till today I did not get any news or letter from USCIS. In our process of green card, I was the main applicant. I do not have any payment receipt or anything to follow up. I do have stamp in Passport for one year.
When I filled up DS 260 online, I wrote mailing address for Plastic green card to my company address who sponsored us.At that time, I did not have any USA address other than my Company as I was living at Border town in Canada.
Now I am thinking to change my Job. Is it a Good Idea? What should I do? Please reply.
Thanks

Hello All,
We got US immigration Visa last month under EB3. We live in Canada for almost 20 years and we are Canadians. I was main applicant and my spouse and son were accompanying applicant. Even Though I was main applicant, I got visa earlier as my wife birth country`s had less waiting time. It is called cross chargeability.
Now we have visa validity up to Feb 2016. We live in border town in Canada and I have about 40 minutes drive each way to work in USA everyday. Presently we live in Canada.
I have house in Canada and also my son is finishing his high school in June 2016. Also my wife works in Canada.Due to some commitments, we are thinking to move in USA before Feb 2016 so we will use our VISA for USA. I am thinking to rent Apartment in USA and we all move there. After a week or so staying in USA, my wife and son will move back in Canada and they will stay until June 2016. Then they will move to states permanently.
In a mean while we might cross border once a month or so. Is it a fair plan? I need guys your experience and advise.

Hello All,
I have a friend whose daughter was born in USA. After her born, my friend`s family moved to Canada. Now she is going to be a University Student and she is planning to attend University in USA.
My question is when she applies to University in USA, will she considered as a American Resident? She is attending high school in Canada.
If she is not considered American Resident then how can she get American Resident?
Please reply.
