We called USCIS in regards to getting a status check and info on how to go about getting a stamp after my husband extension expires in 2 Weeks. They confirmed his case was no longer at the CSC.

 

He is eligible to apply for the N400 on the 13th of April and we will apply online.

I just make an appointment to my local office for the stamp.. my extension letter will expired by July but i will take chances of getting my passport stamp,, we were planning to travel by June.. anyone try to get their passport stamp???

surprise yesterday got my Social security card yesterday by mail... i wonder when will i get my green card?

Thank you for the reply.. it just makes me worried because i attend the seminar here and they said that i need that... Though the USCIS and NVC didnt ask for that and now that our imterview is near it really makes me worried when they said that on the seminar

something really bothering me i need help ..

when my son is born his biological dad acknowledge his birth certificate... my problem now is,, if ever im going to bring my son with me to the US and we made it to the port of entry(USA) are the immgiration going to ask for abandoment letter something... the problem also is i didnt know where his dad is... did anyone experience this thing that you bring your son or daugther to USA and they are using there biological dad name??? did the immgration ask for certain papers??? our papers already went to USCIS and NVC but they didnt ask for that kind of papers...

yes we already have the email.. we are immigrant visa so they said that we are supposed to get packet 4 i believe.. im confused ... if we really get that packet is there a way to tract it.. anyone have idea about this
