My boyfriend is a student from England, graduated in May of this year and is currently waiting on his OPT visa to arrive. He has been offered, and he accepted a job with a new company in New York, and they want him to start as soon as possible. Would USCIS be able to track that he began work a couple of weeks before his visa arrived, and would this result in any punishment/negative results?
