Originally, I'm from California. I live in Pennsylvania right now, but I have enough family in California that I could have (had I known about the processing times) used for the address. I filed back in February, and seeing as the TSC is just now processing forms from September of last year, I'm getting anxious. If I change my address on the website, would it change the service center that processes the form?
What if I re-submitted the application again from the start with a California address?
