I had to call casablanca to ask for an interview. I called the embassy and they then emailed me an interview date.

Can I get a ready status too please???!

My fiancée was interviewed by the same man...same paper in casablanca. Give passport back....going into AP ugh!!!!!!

Yes unfortunately we had our ducks in a perfect line and they didn't do anything but immediately put us in AP I hope all is well for all of us.

Yea,my fiancée abdelhamid is doing as well as we both can be at this time. He is currently traveling he just called me...we must just remain patient

Oh yeah no....I'm not waiting three years, if we're not out of AP by September then I'll marry him over there. This is not something I wanted to do due to limited time, etc. Also, can we just update our case to married or would this effect our k-1 and delay it more?

Yes,they have updated our case bit only when I call....they won't give me any information. I am SO frustrated

I guess my BIGGEST concern is do they keep you through AP for months EVEN years and then still deny you?

Hello Everyone!

My fiancée Abdelhamid Filed for a K-1 VISA and we have already had our interview at the consulate in Casablanca. I flew to his interview.The interview was very poor They just handed my fiancée a form that stated he would go through administrative processing which left him very confused. He thought he was denied.

I have been calling and emailing the consulate every Tuesday to see if their is any update and all they tell us is "we will call him when its done" My congressman in my state is emailing them next week, SO frustrating.... Can this take FOREVER? and the fact that we don't know if he'll be approved or not.

I know their is no timeline on how long this can take, but we submitted MORE than enough evidence

Is anyone else going through this?
