After sending the choice of adress form. I got an email saying next step is to pay application fee. No amount was specified and the address given is US consulate in lagos Nigeria. I'm confused, I felt the fees can only be paid on the NVC site.. this application is for my mom in Nigeria does that mean she have to pay visa to lagos Nigeria? Any one have similar issue or experience pls? Thanks

Ok.. I had tried calling few times but couldn't get through. How were you able to get to talk to someone? The automated response stated they are busy. Thanks for the reply.

After updating the DS 261 form around April this year.. I still couldn't pay the visa fee. I got an email from NVC May 11th requesting I filled ds 261 again.. I already competed this form and I still can't pay. I'm stuck,can someone help pls? Is anyone else experiencing this?
