So, i will try to explain the best i can.. My gf is Filipina and married but separated for 3 years but never anul, now she is working in Thailand and will visit me with a tourist visa, my question is, can i marry her in my country even she is not annul in Philippines? she have her birth certificate and passport with only her name not her married name. when we get married are they going to check with the Philippine embassy to see if she is married?
