I just want to ask how long does it take for us to get the packet that they are saying.. we will have our interview on july 7.. do they have a courier or it will go on the post office

If you are talking about P4 Interview letter; it comes via e-mail. You do not get any package by mail.

P4 Interview letter email usually comes 7 days after NVC schedules your interview appointment.

You dont need them. On your appointment letter it will tell you what is needed. ?

With the case past NVC, USCIS approval is presumed and approval notices not needed. Typically,

Original Interview letter;

Sealed medical;

Original police clearance certificate, PCC.

Hello everyone,

I am looking for an advice from experienced VJ members.

I have the interview for my IR-1 visa on July 30th at Ankara Embassy.

My wife has all my original USCIS approvals for I-130 in the US.

Should I ask her to mail the original approvals or scan and email the documents to me or do I really need them for the interview?

(Interview letter does not state anything about USCIS approvals)

This is my first post on VJ; even though I have been following it for a while. VJ has been a great help for me in this stressful process. Thanks a lot everyone!

Anyways, my CC date 04-22-2015, Ankara,TURKEY - IR-1 visa.

Embassy in Ankara posted July interview dates on May 28th on their website, link is below:

It has been almost 40 days since CC and no interview date yet from NVC!!! It is quite shocking for me to see that I have to wait for August list for the interview.

I would like to know, if there are other ppl from Turkey waiting that long?
