How are you? I know you are excited and congrats! I have not been issued my NOIR yet, but I know its coming soon. I just wondering what type evidence did you send and how did you rebut the findings. Did you use a attorney? Please help been in this since 2013

Yes we use an attorney, I sat down with him and told him how we met, also we respond to each statement of the co reason for the refusal, my lawyer made an affidavit and I added both old and new evidence and he mailed it to them.

Hi lutz I'm happy for you and your husband. How long did you guys waited to have visa in hand before our reaffirmed case has been scheduled for interview in October and I'm planning to go home, but I just came back from Ghana 🇬🇭 in January so I won't be able to take more than a month vacation and some ppl said it takes four weeks even though they said two weeks. Thanks
