yea i thjnk so cuz now my case got CC on june now im waiting for interview schedule

Hi guys,

How long do we usually wait for an interview date? It's been 2 months now and we haven't heard a thing. Could anyone give us good news? Any experiences? Please share.

Edit: NVC in the states approved on May, 27th - confirmed by phone.

urs prob by this week or next u will have the date i thjnk. im waiting for interview date to be scheduled too. mine is june 30th so i still have a long wait to kno the interview date

Did you pay the fees online or by mail? When did you make the payment and submit DS-260 online?

it was both online .. i paid the fees on the 27th and on 29th i submit and now i just sent everything to nvc

Well Its good most of us are able to fill DS-261 and pay AOS fees....So there is sumthg happening with the NVC portal...Seem its getting fixed a little bit

What i observe is that most of people are able to pay AOS fees and fill Choice of Agent..but..I havent seen any member able to pay IV fees online after getting invoiced...That includes me too...of course i have sent the payment by money order thru mail last week....

Also i am seeing no one after getting IV fees as paid recently have been able to fill DS-260 form....

If any body is able to do so please inform ....So that other members can try....

Lets hope the web site gets fixed soon and all can go thru smoothly....Good Luck all

i paid Aos and IV fees and submitted DS260 but theres no ds261 for me ... i dont know why

i got 2 invoices for $120 and $325 and both paid

after i paid both 2 days later i got IV application (ds260) to fill out online which already done but theres NOTHING for DS261! so ill mail my civil docs and everything to nvc next week but since theres no ds261 for me im scared that i will get checklist for that my attorney said its ok but im not suree...

any advice? or any same situation like this ?

I doubt that anyone has gotten through... And let alone pay their bill... Not to say that anyone is a liar but paying both the AOS & IV bills at the same time? Highly unlikely because the AOS has to be competed first and completed before the IV is billed... I also talked to a agent and was told that no one is getting in....

Thanks Nhung, I guess you could do that as you are bit ahead of me with your received date being 4/22. Mine is 5/4 so I am still queued up

i am guessing they are fixing older data first so in matter of time my turn will come, waiting and meditating to keep myself calm

as for me i just go to this https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/and straight to fee payment and i kept trying multiple times everyday like that and yesterday it worked and i just paid the fees

what u mean by can't pay but u can sign in no prob ? can u click on the " not paid" ?

i only hope that once the website is up they will give back our time that we wasted to wait for the website (speed our case later on lol)
