I am currently applying for a Student Visa. The school alreasy issued me an I-20 and I have already filed the Application of Change of Status from B1/B2 Visa to F-1 Visa (Student Visa). As of now, I dont have yet the approval. Subsequently, an Employer is willing to sponsor me for a Working Visa. Would it be advisable to have two cases all at the same time?

im sorry for the confusion, i dont know how to change naturalization to fiance...i am filing for fiance and i am inquiring for 1-134. my dad will be co signing with me and asking me about the pa stubs..One MORE question, for the income tax, does is have to be 3 years or just the recent year? thanks1

I too am working on getting documents together for the I-134, I called the IRS today and ordered past 3 years transcripts, they are free and provide the info that they want, they can even keep them if they want. When using a co sponsor they too will fill out an I-134, copies of pay stub show a pattern of income, you will also want to get a letter from your employer.

Your profile indicates filing for naturalization, I wonder why the question about Affidavit of Support. Also which one are you asking about, I-134 or I-864?

I sent paystubs with mine, as well as employer letter, bank letter, bank statements, and tax returns ....just for peace of mind.

Thank you for the replies. Actually, i have a loan that pays tuition and another loan for living expenses (rent and food allowance) I am recieving every month.I am just a little bit skeptical if i need to mention or not to mention at all and just have my dad a co signer! One more question, will it be better if I add another co signer like my sister?will it make my application stronger if i have co signer?

i wouldnt see why not, they take child support too. and if the loans is playing the part of your income then yes... my fiance told me that his friend is in portland and his wife wasnt working nor going to school and her mother sponsored her and he was approved... best of luck

#1 I included both letters of intent and feel the person that reviewed my package was very unprofessional

#2 NOA1 Dec 20 REF APR 18 got the letter Apr 27

what center did you sent yours. If they still persist on doubting your application, maybe you should get a lawyer...but i hope evrything will be fine soon..goodluck

The first part of the RFE I got they want an elaboration on how we meet.

The second part is LAST MEETING they said what I set did not prove we meet in last two years.

The Third is they want a copy of her birth certificate

My first letter of how we meet was ¾ of a page so I am redoing it and it will be a full page this time. I am explaining the exact website, the name of Motel - even though they had itemized recite from them its location ditty, how we spent our first 2 weeks together and now how our second trip was the engagement party new photos ETC. Where we went what we did how much time we spent togheare, etc she works full time.

in the first letter I explained date time and place of meeting also supplied photo of event

Explained how we first meet on line

Listed items sent in to prove we meet and had a relationship

Listed:

Airline stubs and baggage tickets

Airline itinerary

Motel receipt in English itemized with both our names on it

Photos with dates on the back (5)

Engagement ring receipt

Passport & Visa

They said"Elaborate on statements"

Secound Question They said "though you have submitted undated photos of you with beneficiary, copies of your stamped passport, and airline ticket stubs, they alone do not establish that you have met the beneficiary in person in the last two years immediately preceding the filing of the petition. The airline stubs do not show the year, so it is not possible to determine if the meeting was within the two-year period"

So they will not-or did not- accept stamped passport with ticket stubs showing same dates except year-was on passport stamp- as being proof you were there that timeframe!!!!

photos were dated cover letter dicscribed and included time place and date

They recommended I supply motel receipt, airline itinerary, credit card statements, and dated photos-which apparently means digital date on print-

And as a preemptive strike I am trying to line up my Congressman to help it they send and more requests like this last on

when did you recieved your rfe? How soon after you recieved the NOA1? For everybody here, when do they usually send rfe? is it between the period of NOA1-until you recive the NOA2?

Hi!I'm new here. Well i have had a post a few weeks ago about filing I-129F. This is actually my 3rd post, i believe. I can see that all people here are trying to help! Its a very encouraging website. Let me ask you this question first, i know I may sound ignorant but, what is the meaning when they write: TOUCHED?

I still dont know how to do my timeline. I filed my I-129F to my finacee in the Philippines in April 10,2006 at TSC and was recieved by them on the 13th. Never heard from them yet. I dont have my NOA1. I'm starting to get anxious too!

1.)I would like to know, am I still eligible in signing my affidavit?

2.)or do i need a co-signer?

I cannot afford a lawyer and to get information from real people is really good and beneficial...I hope you can help me with my problem regarding I-129 fiancee petition. I am on my way to apply for it..my fiancee is in the phil. and i would like to know if, :

1.)Do I need to send letter of intent (one from me) and (one from my fiancee) as soon as i sent my application?

2.)Do I need to send proof of our relationship like emails or pics when I send my application?or is that on the interview?

3.) Can I send my affidavit of support at the same time I send my fiancee petition application?

Aside from the application itself, what else do i need to send?

Please reply..I need help.
