Hello group! My girl friend and I have been living in Stockholm for the past three years. I am American and she is Swedish. Next year we plan on doing the K-1 visa process. The only thing that troubles me is the I-134, Affidavit of Support. Do I have to go back to the US, find a job and then begin the visa process? We have a small child as well so that is not really and option. Our child has a US passport so no worries in regards to the child. If anyone could help me with this I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

From all of the people I have spoke to and the videos I have seen people have been sending personal checks. If you want to be on the safe side I would just send a money order.
