So they don't need to bring supporting documentation to their interview in Belize?

Hi my family is from Belize and I often visit once per year. I agreed to help one of them come visit me during the summer. We already filled out the VISA application and I was trying to help prepare them for the interview. I wanted to know if anyone here has recently tried to get a tourist VISA in Belize and what it was like? I know VISA approval varies from country to country and I'm hoping since our country is so small it might be a little less challenging to obtain a tourist VISA. So far they have their job recommendation letter and we are working on getting their bank statements. They do not own any property as they live at home. I was trying to think of what else I could do to help out so they have a best shot at doing well at the interview. Even if they get denied we still wanted to see what the experience would be like so we could prepare better in the future. So if anyone has any advice or knows about the Belmopan consulate and how that interview process is please let me know. One major set back is they did not finish school, but they have a good source of income. So I was hoping that would help balance it out. Again any advice would be greatly appreciated or examples of other supporting documents that could help.
