Hello, I recently had to withdraw a petition that had gotten approved and now I sent in another application with a new filling fee and I forgot to date the forms..Will this effect the processing since he has once filed already and I did provide the petitions he was previous approved of. The USCIS office just got 420.00 dollars off us one time, and we just don't want another 420.00 dollars to be lost again because of missing dates. We signed the forms we just didn't date them, we wanted to waited to date them and then I sent them off forgetting that we didn't date the forms. My quesiton is will they deny his application and keep our money for not dating them? Is there something I can do if that's the case???? Could I send in new forms to be attached to my package?
