Our case was completed on 5/10/2015.When will NVC start scheduling visa interviews??? In which month most probably we get Visa Interview????

I am an MSC Nurse with 4 years experience and i am planning to give RN exam.My question is that if i go to US after completing my RN exam in a visiting visa can I get a Work Visa after attending Job interviews??

Will hospitals allow candidates with RN exam who is in visiting visa???
