I used Google Chrome on the Mac, but it's a problem on their web server back end that causes it to fail. It won't matter what browser you use - they have to fix it in their web application. I work in IT and when things like this happen, there are people scrambling on a daily basis to restart servers or free up disk space to keep the server running. The web server was built around 2013 in ASP.NET, so it's ancient technology by our standards. It's held together with toothpicks and dental floss.
thank you for explain,, the website is really poorly design, what do you suggest about it, like what time to upload will be work ? or just need to keep trying ?

Thank you so much ! I satisfy condition #1–4 and not going to move to another state.
Just for confirm, the 3 month before filling for N400, I don’t need to physically stay in US if I still claim the residency of the sate where I currently living, is it correct?
Same in other words, residency isn’t equal to physically stay ? I still can claim residency even travel abroad?
-
Anyone can help me ?

Hi, My naturalization window open at next year November. I have travel plan to China for 3-5 months, then come back on November.
As I know, there has a requirement which is need to reside in a state/district for last 3 months before filling for N-400.
I have no problem with continuous residency and physical present even thought travel abroad for next year.
But just concern do I quality for apply citizenship when I just back from travel abroad ?
That 3 months before filling, do I need to physically stay in US ?
We still reside in same place, not moving to other state in US, always keep same address, just travel to China.

THANKS FOR YOUR SHARING!
-
can you share what's questions they had been asked in embassy ?
-
thank you, JayJayH

Your husband does not apply for her; she applies for herself. An I-134 is not needed because it is not legally enforceable. This otherwise useless piece of paper is, oddly, only used for K1 visas...(why, is anybody's guess!)
thank you so much
-
Yeah the I-134 is for non-immigrant visas.
my husband want to apply a tourist visa for my mother who is his mother-in-law, does he need to fill the I-134 to ask my mom take interview, it will be in China embassy.
-
scheduling will depend largely on the embassy's workload; the rest won't be of any consequence, barring information not yet revealed. Whether you are in the US or on the way really doesn't matter for her interview - she will, like every other B2 applicant, need to convince the CO that she will return to wherever after a visit.
Thank you.. Does my mom need I-134 for her tourist visa ?
-
Hi friends, I am here to ask about the B2 visa about my mother.
My husband petitioned spouse visa for me a year ago, my interview will be in January,2016.
He would like to invite my mom visit his family, and me and my mom can fly to US together.
So my mother apply B2 visa, the intended American address all put as my husband's.
Now I wonder can I schedule my mom's interview date one or two days after my interview date ?
If so, we can save money about the trip to embassy. My mom and me can go to interview together, just live there for few days.
Will it affect my spouse visa interview? when I interview, does officer knows my husband also invite my mom's tourist visa ?
or will it affect my mom's tourist visa interview ? Because If I pass interview, the passport won't in my hand within few days. When my mom has interview, she can't show officer that her daughter already got visa.
thank you all, I am confused...

Hi, did you mention the mistake when you interview ? Talk to visa officer ?
-
Hi, i want to know if your wife mentioned about the DS260 mistake during her interview ?
-
Hi, we are in CR1 visa process
Our priority date in USCIS is 22-Dec-2014. (NOA1)
Case get approved by USCIS on 15-Jul-2015. (NOA2)
Recently we receive NVC's email, the email state our priority date is 15-Jul-2015.
That date is NOA2, but priority date should be NOA1 date, isn't it ?
Does NVC make mistake in it ?
Is it affect any process, like review our AOS&IV package or schedule interview date ?
-
Ok... Thank you
-
Simply says
notify NVC of any changes
do this by letter and keep a copy for your records
advisable to send photo copy of the passport showing the difference
be sure to include your case number and Date of birth on correspondence
I had to correct DOB for my husband as they reversed the month and date when they dentered it into the system
Do you send NVC email to notify, or call them?
If send email, what's email address, how long will they reply..
we haven't send AOS and IV package, how about we just send thoes package then wait for they change name automatically? thank you for your answer
