Hello I called the NVC today and they said its not yet in their system .

its been 2 weeks now since our NOA2.

We called the USCIS if they already send it and they said they said they have 90 days to mail it to NVC.

Ill try to call them back again tomorrow .

Hi. I have a question. I made a profile for uscis case status and it's under my name and address as the beneficiary. My question is where are they going to send the hard copy of NOA2? To the Petioner's address? Or to the address that I put in my profile at USCIS case status checker. Thanks. Appreciate ur answers.

May i know how many days you got your Case number? are they going to email the nvc letter with the case number on it? and lastly how many months from NOA2 you received the packet 3... thank you..

i am so happy! after 50 days of waiting i got my NOA2..

Have a date of receipt at CSC of 4/16/15. Only get an error message when checking on USCIS. Under my cases, date last,updated is 4/23/15... @ this point I'd welcome a RFE.. at least you know it has been touched. We called and we're told it would be another 119 days and that they saw our application in the system, it was in process and the error message is a "glitch." This not knowing and trying to plan a wedding for 12/2015 is driving me a little bonkers. Fiancé is doing an awesome job of trying to keep me positive. Anyone else with same date still sitting? Waiting? With nothing....

My fiance called them and he has been told that the case will be there for 120 days! They even tried to look in the system too with our details. i cant believe it! i better to stop calling them as all they have to tell u is all negative.

Until now im still waiting. My NOA1 is April 16, 2015 and when i checked my status it says there last updated April 23, 2015.

Some already got their NOA2. hoping again to to receive email that NOA2 is approved .

Lets just be positive about it, I claim it NOA2 approval will be next week!

As far as I know, you need to turn on notifications if you want to receive anything other than snail mail. I think you'll be fine as long as you're registered and have clicked the buttons I highlighted in this screenshot.

The g-1145 is just for NOA1. If you want a text/email notification for NOA2, you have to go online and turn on notifications on the USCIS case checker.

Hello. are u sure with this that we are not notified if we dont turn on the notification?.

How about our case that we cant even check our status online. our receipt is not recognized.

how we willl know that we have NOA2 already..

My fiance just called the customer service rep this morning to make a follow up regarding the NOA2 and to ask why there is an error or the receipt is not recognized everytime we checked the status online .

One Customer service rep said it takes 5 months to process the NOA2 by the California Service Center before it will proceed to NVC. So my fiance called up again and talk to the second customer service rep. He said that the it takes months to process for the NOA2 but he didnt give specific number of months. Regarding the unrecognized receipt number the customer service rep said we need to check it again after 45 days as sometimes it takes 45 days to be recognized in the system.

But im still positive about this NOA2 that we will get this week.
