Thank you so much for this post Tom, it kind of puts things in perspective to see the big picture.

I completely understand your feeling... but I want to humbly offer some perspective, in the form of a true story, that happened to me.
Many years ago, I was driving through a town in Texas with a car-full of friends. We were in a hurry to get where we were going. A car that was behind us sped up and passed me. However, immediately after passing me and pulling in front of me, that car slowed down . . . and then slowed some more.
This made me angry! The driver of that car could have slowed down when he was behind me. I get SO IRRITATED when someone gets in front of me and then slows down, impeding my progress and delaying me from arriving at my desired destination.
Then a truck blew threw a Stop Sign from a side street and knocked the car 50 yards down the opposite side street. One second, the offending car was right in front of me, and the next there was the loud BANG of busting metal and shattering glass, and the car (and truck) were gone.
If that car had not passed me and then slowed me down, the truck would have T-Boned my car and my friends riding with me would have been hurt or even killed.
What I took from that near catastrophe, is that 'We may never know the reasons WHY things happen as they do. There are Unseen Benefits and Catastrophes Avoided, that we are never aware of. So even though I get frustrated at life's seemingly unfair situations, I have found Peace in giving thanks in all things.
I share your frustration at how fast petitions at CSC are approved. But being furious will only allow the stress that accompanies that Fury to damage my health, and make me unpleasant to be around. So, I am choosing to wait patiently, (for now) and make use of this wait time to prepare for my coming Bride.
Be Blessed This Day,
Tom

We should all do that at one time. it would keep us from going stir crazy. lol let's do it i'm game.
the only thing stopping me is the 340.00 i already gave to TSC. Oh well, other than that it was a good idea. Since they approving July already at CSC. ugghh. Hang in there guys and gals Gotta take time to laugh a bit. Best of Luck to All and Godspeed to NOA2.

Hey Guys I had a crazy Idea and I know its crazy, has anyone thought about just refiling their petition and letting it go to CSC? if you refile now the file will go to CSC, once you get the receipt that it went there you can recall your TSC petition? I know this is crazy I was just wondering if this is possible at all.

I found the below post on the January thread. I don't mean to steal 'Clawren86' post. Just wanted to share.

So I called my congressman today, and talked to one of his assistants. I had written him back in May, and been trying to keep in contact with him. Anyway, he told me that in Texas they are actually going through some kind of training seminar for it's employees. I wonder if this is going to slow down approvals while they are doing this. I thought I would pass this information on to everyone else here who have been waiting.
Well, that would explain TSC's 0 approvals yesterday. Did they happen to say how long this much needed training is going to take?"
Are they going to train them to put out applications like csc. That would get us all approved next week. yay. good news lol

After many positive reports about ImmiFairy (I~F) here on VJ, I finally Joined yesterday.
(Vwracer1 to those members here with 'Dual-Membership')
I spent several hours trying to sort out the methods to the Madness... Still have a few questions, but like a backlash on an open-faced fishing reel, with patience, it can be unraveled. Trying to extrapolate a NOA2 prediction here, v/s I~F, is like moving from fishing a pond to Deep-Sea Fishing... There is ALOT more data to sift thru. Fun for Some, Perplexing to Others.
However, for each of us, Our Appointed Day will arrive when it arrives. Nothing will accelerate the journey, so worrying about it will only impact your health. You are here, because you found someone special, and you have developed a relationship with them, that you wish to make permanent. SO, focus on that Gift, and Guard it Fiercely. Don't worry about the coming Day... just enjoy the ride.
Be Blessed This Day
Tom and SooGyeong
Thanks for your comment Tom, i've been on immi fairy find it helpful to know a little more of what they are doing. Also the latter part of your statement of why we are here describes to the T how alot of us feel right now. Be Blessed my Brother.

Yes the first NOA 2 on my NOA 1 day of March 2, 2015
Progress is getting made. Rate seems to be steady. In 30-60 days we all should be swimming in NOA2's from TSC
Good Luck to All
Great so glad to hear it Kyle. my NOA 1 is also on the 2nd of march. I believe it will begin to happen soon for us. best of luck my friend

Feeling optimistic today! Historically TSC approves a handful of apps right around the 5 month mark (probably to mess with their average approval rates) and we are approaching that now. Keeping my fingers crossed that a few of us will see our NOA2s within the next couple of weeks. Good luck to us all
Thank you for your optimism Naddy. I too believe we will begin hearing news soon. Best of luck to you and best wishes to all on receiving our noa2 soon

Yes! finally... after 3 months minus one day... I hope that means something!!!
I checked mine and its just the same. But it is good to see some movement in our months cases. Thanks all for the updates.

If I'm not mistaken, that's the State Department, which handles U.S. foreign affairs, including visas and immigration. The USCIS is actually part of the Department of Homeland Security, which is still relatively young, probably because (in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, which catalyzed its creation) visa applications now must be screened for potential terror threats, even though the actual visa issuance part of the process is administered elsewhere. In any case, after going through the USCIS, applications are sent to the National Visa Center, part of the Bureua of Consular Affairs, which is part of the State Department; here the application is sent to individual embassies or consulates in the beneficiary's home country for the visa interview. So, in a manner of speaking, it's good to see files sent to DOS.
(I hold a degree in political science with a concentration on U.S. government, and I recently took a course in foreign policy.)
thank you so much, so many of these are moving to the State Dept. for further screening and their well waited for approval. Well thats a good thing hopefully and prayerfully ours will begin to see some movement also. thanks again and best of luck to you and your fiance so that we can be with our loved ones soon.

I noticed that alot of files are sent to USDOS. Does anyone know what this is and what goes on with the files there?

She emailed today that the update will be provided later as she is flying to visit her fiance and the programme was still running when she boarded.

Thanks again, and praying things will speed up and we will all be with our fiances soon. Good Luck Everyone!

I know the feeling. I am planning a trip to see my Fiance soon. i hope we are approved soon, i need her here. We want just to be with each other more than a week or two, here and there. We have the church and everything ready for the wedding. Hoping it is soon that we can marry and start our lives together.
1 Give ear to my words, O LORD;
consider my groaning.
2 Give attention to the sound of my cry,
my King and my God,
for to you do I pray.
3 O LORD, in the morning you hear my voice;

I just called the USCIS because i sent some papers to go with my file. I was told i could by someone i spoke to earlier. it takes 3 days to get there 400 to 600 miles or more to the right spot. they told me it would take thirty days to put that with my file. now i know why i have Mexicans living in my front yard. i busted out laughing on the phone. lol
