yes i was able to log in to do 261 form however it seem like the payment still have not working yet. God bless you all fellows.

i just called NVC. Same answer we do not know when they will fix it
i think the sign in problem is make up because they have to many case that they can handle at this time. The sign in problem is just make up; i do not think that they even put our invoice in the system yet.
