JUDICIAL CERTIFICATES: All applicants age 18 must obtain a Colombian police certificate "Certificado Judicial" through

Applicants who have lived in another country for more than six months since turning 16 years of age (except in the United States) must submit police certificates from those countries. See http://travel.state.gov/visa/reciprocity/index.htmwebsite for information on the process and obtaining judicial or police certificates for other countries. The certificates are valid for 12 months.
